Fargo, ND – The Angels Hockey Board of Directors has announced an exciting and important organizational update: the program is moving forward with the hiring of a dedicated Executive Director. This strategic step reflects the significant growth and complexity of the organization and reinforces its commitment to providing a well-run, sustainable, and positive experience for all players, families, coaches, and volunteers.
The decision was made after thoughtful discussion, recognizing the clear need for dedicated, professional leadership to manage the increasing scope of day-to-day operations and support the program's vital volunteer-driven structure.
The new Executive Director will work in close partnership with the Board and hockey leadership to uphold the core mission and values of Angels Hockey: developing players, growing the game, and fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Director will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day program operations and administration.
* Support and coordinate with hockey directors, the gaming manager, volunteers, and Board members.
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as registration, scheduling, communications, and events.
* Strengthening relationships with community stakeholders, including rinks, partners, and sponsors.
* Helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and integrity across all levels of the program.
* Supporting the long-term planning and continued growth of Angels Hockey.
