Sanford Summer Hockey School

The Sanford Summer Hockey Camp is open to all Angels travel hockey and Shanley High School players for the 2026-27 season. This camp will focus on developing solid fundamentals of the game in the key areas of skating, stickhandling, shooting, and game awareness.

The 2026 Summer Camp will be led by Co-Hockey Directors, Casey Johnson and John Kosobud.

Casey played collegiate hockey at the University of North Dakota from 2016–2020 before continuing his career professionally for three seasons.

John brings a wealth of experience from both professional and collegiate hockey. He played five professional seasons across the AHL, ECHL, and WCHL, including being a member of the 1999 ECHL Kelly Cup Championship team.

Both coaches bring a strong knowledge of the game and a passion for player development, helping deliver a high-quality experience for all camp participants.

All Skaters - $369 (4 weeks)

Sibling Discount: $50 discount for all skaters registered after 1st player. Use "SIBLING" discount code at registration.

All Goalies - FREE

What age group do I sign my player up for?

See the birthdate ranges and also note those age classifications are for the 2026-27 upcoming season.

Can we sign up our player for 1 week at a time?

No, the registration is for all 4 weeks in June only. Unfortunately, weekly rates or individual week options are not available.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, a discount of $50 is available for multiple registrations within the same family. Use the discount code SIBLING to receive a $50 discount on the 2nd sibling registered and subsequent siblings there after. Do not use the discount code on the 1st you register.

Can players that are not Angels or Shanley High School affiliated attend the Summer Hockey School?

Players outside of the Angels program or the affiliated Shanley High School network must contact Casey Johnson to receive confirmation before registering.
