Improve your shot & stick skills over the summer!

The Noah Rink at the Fargo Parks Sports Center will transform into a dedicated shooting and stickhandling training zone for Angels and Shanley High School players.

Players will train in a focused environment with coaches to provide hands-on instruction emphasizing proper shooting technique, puck control, and stickhandling skills. This summer program is designed to help players refine fundamentals, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming season.

New this year: All players will train on roller blades to better simulate shooting and stickhandling on ice helping skills translate directly to game situations. In addition, each session will include roller hockey games.

• Each training hour consists of 3 rotating station groups (Roller Hockey Game + Shooting lanes + HNDL stickhandling course.

Train like an elite ATHLETE!

The Angels will offer athlete training through Sanford Sports at their facility inside the FPSC. All sessions are designed to align with the shooting and stickhandling skills sessions, allowing parents to drop off their player and have them participate in both sessions back-to-back if desired.

*16 workouts designed by pro trainers for Strength, Speed, Agility, & Mobility improvement.

**Only 20 spots available in each group.

All athletes that sign up for Sanford's Sports Performance training must complete the forms above and bring them to Sanford's front desk on or before the first day of training.

Can I sign my player up for "Shooting & Stick Skills" or "Sanford Sports Training" individually?

Yes, you can sign up for either one, or both. At registration it will prompt you to select your choices.

What if my player can't make all of the sessions? Can you prorate the cost of the program?

No, we cannot accommodate this request. We'd love to see you at all of the sessions, but we understand there may be conflicts.

If my designated time for my player's group doesn't work for my player's schedule, can he/she attend a different group?

With approval from the coaches, this may be permitted. Please note that designated times are structured with age-specific training in mind. Contact Casey Johnson for additional information and to request approval.

What if my player wants to continue to train after the 4 week period?

Shooting & Stick Skills sessions will conclude on August 13. However, athletes will have the option to continue training at Sanford Sports Performance if they choose.
