There will be two seasons of Angels Cup this year. The fall season begins on Nov 19th. The Winter season begins Jan 7th with an off ice PCA presentation and the on ice starts Jan 14th.
There will be 4 Fall Angels Cup nights followed by a Fall Championship Night on Dec 17th. Hosts(Bantams, PeeWees, Squirts)for each night are listed below.
The hosts are responsible for providing some sort of food or snack along with a beverage for the players. Don't worry about feeding your kid that night, just get them to the rink!
The hockey side of Angels Cup includes 45 minutes of skill/station based practice and 45 minutes of competitive small area games. Typically us coaches have a theme for the games. The difference between this and a typical skills/games practice is we keep the teams together during the entire season and keep the standings updated on the website. At the end of the season there is a championship night where the winners are presented with a trophy.
The Angels Cup is the backbone of our skill development model and our program's culture. Please volunteer if you have time. Get in touch with your team manager to find out how to contribute.
